1. To be honest and ethical in all dealings with clients, submitting quotations in a manner to enable a fair appraisal of the system offered.
2. To offer installations representing industry accepted value for money carried out by qualified licensed personnel.
3. To provide products from major suppliers with a reputation for quality and service.
4. Adhere to industry "Best Standards" in all dealings with clients.
5. To provide products and services with competence, fairness, value, honesty and integrity.
6. To ensure that all standards of workmanship are provided as promised and in accordance with the appropriate industry accepted practice.
7. As a member of the Air Conditioning Dealers Association-if we fail to complete or install the product to industry standards, the Air conditioning Dealers Association will engage the services of a Chartered Engineer to investigate, report and advise the clients of any defects or shortcomings of their installation.
