Andrew Johnson - Managing Director

Andrew Johnson As Managing Director, Andrew oversees Crest Air Conditioning with regard to strategic outlook and direction.

Andrew has over 19 years within the air conditioning industry all with Crest Air Conditioning and has held positions of Apprentice Refrigeration Technician, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician, Service Manager and Business Operations Manager prior to his current position.

Qualifications: Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Qualification, Statement of Attainment in Air
Conditioning, Advanced Certificate in Mechanical Engineering, Diploma in HVAC- Refrigeration Engineering, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

Allen Beloe - Senior Project Manager

Allen BeloeAllen manages the operational functions of our Commercial Division with regard to engineering and design, project management and all associated tasks of the construction of mechanical service projects.

Allen has over 28 years experience in mechanical services and has worked with a number of mechanical contractors in the Sydney Region as well as in various capacities in the UK and New Zealand.

Qualifications: New Zealand Certificate of Engineering (NZCE) Option : HVAC (Heating Ventilating & Air Conditioning) Eligible for Membership of the Aust Institute of Engineers.

 

Graeme Langlands - Senior Project Manager/Business Development

Graeme LanglandsGraeme began with Crest in February 1993 as an Apprentice Refrigeration Technician and completed the trade in 1996 with “Apprentice of the Year” Awards from TAFE, AMCA and Rotary. Graeme completed an Engineering Diploma and moved into the role of Service Supervisor. He has held the position of Project Manager of smaller commercial installations since 1997 and attended a Project Management course at Deakin University in 2000. Graeme now manages some of the key projects for Crest.

Qualifications: Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Qualification, Statement of Attainment in Air
Conditioning, Diploma in HVAC- Refrigeration, Engineering, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

Paul Collis - Finance Director, Company Secretary

Paul CollisPaul manages the day to day financial affairs and administration of Crest Air Conditioning and Company Safety Representative.

Paul has 25 years experience in financial accounting and business services, the last 19 years with Crest Air Conditioning and currently holds the position of Treasurer in the Air Conditioning Dealers Association.

Qualifications: Bachelor of Economics (Accounting), Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA), Master of Business Administration (MBA), Justice of the Peace, Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

 

 

Mark Burns - Service Manager

Mark BurnsAs the Service Manager of Crest Air Conditioning, Mark oversees a large team of Account Managers, Service Administration, Light Commercial Supervisors and Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Service Technicians.

Mark has over 21 years experience in the Air Conditioning industry and has previously held positions of Service Technician and Service Supervisor prior to his current position.

Qualifications: Refrigeration/Air Conditioning Trade Qualification, Statement of Attainment in Air Conditioning, Diploma in HVAC- Refrigeration Engineering, Certificate IV in Business Management & Diploma of Business Management.
